Nobody is hurt after an ambulance fire in Diggins this afternoon.
There were no patients and everyone escaped the fire safely.
The ambulance belonged to the Ava Ambulance District, and the fire happened on Highway O and Route 60. The fire was caused by a mechanical issue.
The loss is estimated to cost the district around $350,000.
