New Year, New You; How to Keep Those New Years Resolutions!

I don't normally make strict New Years resolutions. It's mostly always been like, oh hey, it would be nice if I could accomplish this in the new year, or yeah, I probably should work out more. This year, however, there are a couple of resolutions that I would like to be serious with in 2013. They are also resolutions that pretty much everyone and their brother has; to work out more and to eat more healthier. I'm going to try to use these tips I came across from on how to keep your New Years resolutions.

One of the tips they say  to keep your resolutions is to tell EVERYONE. That way you have accountability. Say you are giving up fast food for your resolutions, and someone you've told catches you eating a cheeseburger; uh oh! They will either give you a glare or slap that cheeseburger out of your hand! Accountability can be very helpful!

They also say to make it attainable, and to start small. If I made a goal to go to the gym 5 days a week, it would not be very attainable for me because I know how bored I get just by going to the gym. So, I'm going to try to take classes, like Zumba and yoga.
