The Willard Fire Department has identified the man killed in a farm accident.
Bill Bartley, 73, died after a tractor rolled onto him.
Firefighters responded to the 38 hundred block of North Farm Road 127.
Investigators say he was working on his tractor. Authorities believe the victim likely had a medical problem, and then the tractor rolled onto him.
