Springfield police are warning residents of a serial burglar that has been spotted throughout the night. Police responded to reports of a disturbance on the rooftops of local homes before finding a suspect fleeing the scene in a red sleigh driven by reindeer.
Suspect is dressed in a red coat with white fur trimmings. He appears to be shouting, “Ho, Ho, Ho.”
