Newly-sworn in Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt says no one in his office will be allowed to use a text-destroying app on government phones.

A report from Missourinet says some employees in former Governor Eric Greitens’s office used an app called Confide for work-related reasons – a tactic that could be considered as dodging open records laws.
