A man and a woman from Monett face child abuse and drug possession charges after their children testing positive for meth.
Prosecutors say Percy Rollins and Amber Benbrook lived in a detached garage off Third Street in Monett with three kids, all under ten years old.
Police say the garage was split in half to create two living spaces.
Investigators say tests on the kids’ hair came back positive for meth.
Officers also found several knives within reach of the children.
Rollins and Benbrook are being held in the Barry County Jail.
