Two Pedestrians Hit By Vehicle In Ozark

Two pedestrians were taken to the hospital in serious condition after they were hit by a minivan last night at James River Church in Ozark.

Police say Cooper Heisman, 19, from Blue Springs, Missouri, and Zachary Reimer, 20, from Indiana were taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

They were walking on the access road when they were hit.

Police in Ozark say two pedestrians have been hurt after being hit by a vehicle on the property of James River Church.

Witnesses say it happened late Wednesday night.

Police Chief Tim Clothier tells KTTS News at this time, neither victim’s injuries are fatal.

Clothier hopes to release more information when families are notified.
