Many roads around the Joplin area are listed as clear to partly covered on MoDOT’s map, with roads in the Springfield metro area are partly covered to covered.

I-44 from Sarcoxie to Chesapeake is snow covered, then clear from Springfield east to Strafford, and snow-covered between Strafford and Marshfield.

Major roads around Springfield have some spots cleared of snow, but there are many areas where city streets are snow covered.
