Mid-Missouri Bank is now the owner of 14 homes previously owned by 417 Rentals.
The homes went up for auction on Thursday after the owner, Chris Gatley’s, bankruptcy case was dismissed.
417 Rentals has around 500 residential properties in the Springfield area.
Court records say the company owes more than $19 million to 13 banks.
Gatley was shot late last month. No one has been charged in that case.
