Missouri’s governor warns Missouri River levels will rise dramatically this weekend, with Gavins Point in South Dakota releasing 100,000 cubic feet of water per second because of snow melt and heavy rains.
Governor Mike Parson traveled to St. Joseph Friday to take an arerial tour of the flooding and assured northwest Missouri residents that the state is ready to help as flooding worsens.
