Here’s more from City Utilities:

As a result of the latest semi-annual fuel cost adjustment, electric customers of City Utilities using an average of1,000 kWh, can expect to pay approximately $2.10 less each month on average for service during the months of April through September 2019, compared to the same period last year.

During the same time period, residential natural gas customers, using the expected summer average of 30 therms, can expect to pay $0.20 less per month less for natural gas over the next six months.
