According to the National MS Society, about 200 new cases of Multiple Sclerosis are diagnosed each week in the U.S.
Multiple Sclerosis is a central nervous system disease that disrupts information flow from the brain.
Tomorrow is the Springfield’s Walk MS Event at the Immaculate Conception Church at 9 a.m.
The event is free but donations towards a cure are welcome.
Participants have a choice to walk one or three miles.
