Missouri lawmakers are considering increasing fees at license offices.

Bill 584 is heading to the Senate.

If passed, the bill would raise license office transactions to six dollars.

The majority of license offices charge between $2.50 and $3.50.

There hasn’t been a price hike on transaction charges in twenty years.

Governor Parson says if passed, the changes would begin in August.
