Property crime involving your wheels and other private property is on the rise across the Ozarks.
An agent with State Farm Insurance says break-ins and car thefts are an issue in and around Springfield. He says your personal property coverage will cover your purse or any other valuables you may have in your vehicle but your auto insurance policy won’t.
Some things you can do to prevent this from happening to you are to not have items in plain view in your vehicle, an anti-theft system or a home security system.
