Springfield firefighters came to a woman’s rescue after falling off a bluff at Valley Water Mill Park.
It happened Tuesday evening at the park of Valley Water Mill Road in Springfield. The woman fell off a bluff into shallow water. Firefighters were able to use ropes secured to a tree to pull the woman out.
Authorities say she suffered some minor injuries.
A Greene County deputy and a Springfield police officer were the first to arrive on scene.
