It’ll likely be hot and humid today, with temperatures in the 90s and a chance for rain later this afternoon and this evening.
The National Weather Service says heavy downpours and lightning are the main risks, mainly after 2pm.
More rain is expected in the Ozarks on Wednesday ahead of a cold front.

Look ahead to next week, hot and dry weather is expected, with hear indices between 90 and 100 in the middle of the week.
The National Weather Service says slightly cooler temperatures are expected towards the end of next work week.
