Police in Joplin have released the name of a teenager who drowned Saturday morning.
John Wheeler, 13, and another teen were playing near the water at the Ewert Park Train Bridge.
Police say Wheeler slipped and fell in the water and drowned.
A GoFundMe account has been set up to help the family.
