Greene County Clerk’s Office Releases Saturday Voting Hours For Special Election

If you cannot make it to your regular polling place for the Special Election on Tuesday, the Greene County Clerk’s has you covered.

People unable to vote then can go to the Greene County Clerk’s office between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. this Saturday to fill out an absentee ballot.

You will need a valid form of ID when voting.

If you can’t make it then, the office will be open 8 am to 5 pm on Monday for absentee voting.

Greene County Clerk Shane Schoeller announced that voters who are unable to go to their regular
polling place on November 5th for the Special Election being called for and held by the City of
Springfield and Walnut Grove R-5 School District will be able to vote this Saturday, November 2nd
from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm at the Greene County Archives/Elections Center, 1126 N Boonville Ave.

Please make sure to bring a valid form of identification when coming to the County Clerk’s
office at 1126 North Boonville in the Archives building to vote absentee. The office will also be open
for absentee voting from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Monday, November 4th.

The sample November 5th ballots are available in the Greene County Clerk’s Office, 940 North
