Several Tornado Watches went into effect from 3 p.m. to 8 p. m. Saturday night.
The National Weather Service received reports of 50 to 55 mile an hour winds as a storm line swept across the Ozarks from west to east.
Reports of damage are currently scarce, but some structures were damaged by high winds including one barn in Fair Play off of Highway 123.
Later in the evening, around 9:30 p. m., a severe thunderstorm warning was issued for parts of Douglas, Taney, and Ozark counties. Trees were reported down in Ozark county from strong winds.
