We’ll have at least a couple of more opportunities for wintry weather to affect parts of the Ozarks this week.

A light wintry mix will be possible Tuesday night into Wednesday, generally north of Highway 60.

The National Weather Service says that mix will be ongoing across the area Wednesday morning, and will transition to all rain across much of southwest Missouri Wednesday afternoon.

As the system exits Wednesday night, some light precipitation may briefly change back over to light snow or freezing drizzle before coming to an end.

One to two inches of snow will be possible north of Highway 54, with amounts down to a dusting along Highway 60.

A glaze of ice will be possible, which may lead to slick roadways by the Thursday morning commute.
