The City of Ozark is the latest to declare a State of Emergency for their town, lasting through April 1, 2020.
The Ozark Board Alderman met and made the declaration on Wednesday.
The ordinance prohibits public gatherings of 10 or more people, making it unlawful for anyone to organize or attend such gatherings exceeding in size.
This does not apply to educational institutions, daycare facilities, business operations, grocery stores, retail stores, and municipal facilities.
