The Christian County Health Department is open for business, but has closed its lobby.

Here’s the news release from the health department:

Christian County Health Department is committed to reducing the threat of novel coronavirus (COVID-19) and caring for the health and well-being of our employees, customers and our community.

In response to the public health concerns regarding the spread of COVID-19, the Christian County Health Department facility lobby is closed until further notice, effective March 23, 2020.

Please be aware that the Christian County Health Department is open for business, although our lobby is closed to the public.

We will continue to provide most services and staff will be available to assist customers and the public via telephone, email and our eastside walkup window.

Please note there may be slight delays in service level at this time.
