State health officials are reporting 183 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Missouri, with 69 of those in St. Louis County.
Greene County, Boone County and Kansas City have 17 cases each.
There have been five deaths, including one in Springfield.
The age group with the most confirmed coronavirus cases is 20 to 29 years old, with 46 people testing positive.
30 of the cases involve people 60 to 69, with 25 cases in the 70 plus group.
