Christian County is reporting a total of 18 positive COVID-19 cases and urges the public to respect the Stay-At-Home order that is in place as we move into the holiday weekend.
There has not been a new positive case in six days, but the latest case proves the virus is still circulating in the community and is able to be contracted.
Greene County is reporting 71 positive cases with 7 deaths thus far.
The Springfield Greene County Health Department has asked residents to avoid leisure travel.
In total, 30% of Greene County COVID-19 cases have been travelers.
Adding contacts of travelers to that statistic, 81% of all Greene County COVID-19 cases were a result of travel.
