The Missouri State Health Department says there are 3,799 positive cases of COVID-19 in the state.
The state reports 96 of the people who tested positive for the virus have died.
That’s an increase from the 58 reported on Wednesday.
According to the DHSS, nearly 43,000 people have been tested across the state.
