Greene County and the city of Springfield have amended the Road to Recovery order, allowing more businesses to reopen.

It also increases the number of people allowed to gather in public from 15 to 25.

The changes take effect immediately.

Fitness classes, sport courts, bars, clubs, and nightclubs can open but must follow the new safety requirements.

Theaters and museums can also reopen.

The amended order runs through May 31.
