COVID-19 cases are on the rise in Southwest Missouri and Northwest Arkansas.
The state health director says most of the new cases have to do with workers at meatpacking plants.
The outbreak has hit Barry, Jasper, Newton and McDonald counties especially hard.
Dr. Randall Williams says he’s working with health officials in both states to try and stop the outbreak.
