A technician at a hospital in Troy, Missouri has been charged with one count of sexual abuse and invasion of privacy.
Authorities say Ryan E. Williams told a patient she needed another x-ray due to some concerns.
Investigators say Williams had the patient undress and he placed stickers on her body and touched her chest with his hands in the process.
Police were called when the patient asked about the scan results and her doctor told her there was no record of a scan being done.
The patient’s personal medical records were also accessed by Williams.
