A few strong to severe storms will be possible Saturday afternoon and evening in parts of the Ozarks.
The Storm Prediction Center says much of the Ozarks is now under a “slight risk,” upgraded from the previous “marginal risk” for areas along and south of Highway 60.
Hail up to the size of quarters and damaging wind gusts will be possible.
Scattered showers and a few isolated storms will develop and occur at times from late Friday evening into Saturday morning, but no severe weather is expected with this round.
Isolated cloud to ground lightning strikes will be the main risk.
