Greene County courts will not be holding most jury trials after COVID-19 cases spiked in Greene County.
Despite the many adjustments that have been made for jury trials, courts say they don’t have enough room to continue to maintain safe social distancing practices.
Emergency cases, such as those related to rights violations, bond release hearings, ex-parte orders, and juvenile cases will move forward.
