Road conditions are expected to get worse this afternoon and evening as snow and strong winds move across the area.
The National Weather Service says 45 mile per hour wind gusts and moderate snowfall amounts will reduce visibility.
Black ice is expected to form, causing slick spots.

There’s a Winter Weather Advisory until 9 p.m. for counties north and east of Springfield, including Greene County.
There’s also a Wind Advisory until 6 p.m. for the entire KTTS listening area.
