A man who attacked an elderly woman and threatened his wife and kids faces charges in Greene County court.
Court records say Steven Burgess faces domestic assault and armed criminal action charges for what happened last week at a home on West Farm Road 124.
Deputies say Burgess, 33, attacked the elderly woman inside the home.
His wife then shot him after he came at her and the kids armed with a rifle.
Burgess says he was drunk and doesn’t remember what happened.
