The Jackson County medical examiner has released the cause of death for Darrell Peak and his sons Mayson and Kaiden.
The report says the boys were shot to death, and Darrell shot himself.
All three were found in a shed in Benton County.
They were last seen walking on Highway 65 near Warsaw after Peak wrecked the family car.
