Investigation Found No Evidence of Misconduct by Former Lebanon School Principal

No charges will be filed against a former Lebanon High School Principal after allegations of sexual misconduct.

Former principal Kevin Lowery was accused of inappropriate conduct with a student.

A special prosecutor, the Lebanon School District, and the Missouri Division of Social Services have concluded there was no evidence of wrongdoing.

The Missouri Division of Social Services called the allegations “unsubstantiated.”

Lowery has formally resigned his position despite the results of the investigation, saying he is ready to move on, and wishes the new principal the best.
