A 22-year-old man is charged with murder after a shooting this week in Springfield.
Mikal Johnson is charged with shooting Christopher Kuder, 41, from Springfield to death Wednesday morning.
Kuder was found with a gunshot wound near Atlantic and Fremont.
He died at the hospital.
Witnesses say the shooting happened after an argument in the street involving several people.
Johnson says it was self-defense.
