The Springfield-Greene County Health Department provided over 200 COVID-19 vaccines during the first two days after its new mass vaccination clinic opened.
The clinic opened Monday near Battlefield and Fremont.
Health Director Katie Towns says more than 90-percent of the vaccinations given were the Pfizer booster shots.
The rest were for people who need the COVID vaccine.
Towns says the only booster shots available right now are for the Pfizer vaccine.
An FDA panel meets this week to look at data and determine if a booster will be recommended for the Moderna and Johnson and Johnson vaccines.
Towns says since January, there have been less than 2,000 COVID-19 cases in people who are fully-vaccinated.
Almost 21,000 positive cases have been reported in people who were not vaccinated.
