An Amish buggy was hit by an unknown vehicle in Cedar County, leaving a woman with serious injuries.
The Highway Patrol says it happened on Highway 97 near Jericho Springs.
18-year-old Elizabeth Schwartz from El Dorado Springs was airlifted to a Springfield hospital.
The crash happened Saturday night about 8:15 p.m.
