A judge in Dallas County has rescheduled James Phelps’ court date.
Phelps will now appear in court on December 10.
Phelps is one of the two men charged with murder and more in the death of Cassidy Rainwater.
The other man, Timothy Norton has a preliminary hearing scheduled for February 2.
The men also face charges of kidnapping and abandonment of a corpse.
