A Greene County jury has ruled against a mother who accused CoxHealth and its CEO of discrimination, defamation, and breach of privacy over a Tweet.
Samantha Cherry filed a $5-million dollar lawsuit after Steve Edwards made a Tweet using a Facebook post she made.
Cherry took to Facebook to vent after she refused to use the promo code COVID to get a free telehealth visit for her son.
Edwards says he replied to the post because of the negative responses from people saying that Cox was doing something wrong.
Edwards says he did nothing wrong.
