(KTTS News) — A man from St. James has been arrested for the shooting death of his father.
Phelps County deputies arrested 19-year-old Samuel Karlinski on charges of 2nd-degree murder in the death of 64-year-old Ralph Karlinski, Jr.
Police arrived at a home in Rolla Monday morning and found Karlinski, Jr. dead from gunshot wounds.
Samuel called 911 to report the incident, claiming self-defense.
